20xx年第四季度在次召集作业区同事成立QC小组，对120吨3座转炉的合金下料溜槽进行改善，计划12月中旬发布《合金系统下料溜槽增加使用寿命方案 》的QC资料。
总结在一年半工作中，我在工作上思想上都有了很大的进步。当然成绩只代表过去，在以后的工作中我会加倍努力，争取做的更好。因为技术在不断进步更新，只有通过不断地学习，脚踏实地的作风，方能胜任自己的工作岗位。同时在日后工作经验的积累中，逐步培养自己的预见性，不断在现场检查、监督中随时发现问题，解决问题，使自己的现场综合处理能力不断的得到锻炼和提高。
